GC Lady Devils play Pound today @ GC. Its Senior day. To the Seniors, I have truly enjoyed watching your all play since little league. This has been a special group that we knew at an early age, had the potential for alot of success, and you havent disappointed. I'm excited to see if we can defend our State Championship. So far so good & if you keep the hunger for a repeat, I like our chances. Good luck in all of your future endeavors.
You take Chelsea Osborne and put her on any other team in the LPD and they have the same success.
Chelsea is a huge part of out team, but your not even close on that assessment. You can argue until your blue in the face & I wont agree with that. I'll agree that out team doesnt win a State Championship without her but I also feel she doesnt win it without the team she had & has around her.

Chelsea is a great player and pitcher for the Lady Devils, but if you can't put a run on the board you can't win a game. This is very obvious when you get up the road and run into good pitching team (like what Gate City has). You need offense to go with that defense.
So far this season, the Lady Devils are averaging almost 10 runs per game overall and 13 runs per game against LPD opponents. I'd say Chelsea would agree with this statement, she couldn't win a game from the mound without offense & good fielding backing her up.
You have to have at least 1 other decent pitcher to go all the way to the State Championship. Not to mention a hell of a defense. You are way out in left field with this comment.
